What it does today
Customers and sites
Each customer's sites, with the site information your officers need — keys, access details and hazards — and sensitive codes kept hidden until someone with the right permission reveals them, with every reveal recorded.
Alarm responses and reports
Officers complete reports on a phone, with photographs. Reports are reviewed before release, and a released report is available to the customer as a PDF.
Jobs and assignments
Work is assigned to named people at named sites, so each officer sees their own work.
Employees and contractors
Your own staff and your contractors' operatives, each with their own login and only the access you give them.
Customer access
Your customers' contacts sign in to see their own sites and the reports you have released to them — nobody else's.
Documents and risk assessments
Company documents with review dates, site risk assessments, and a record of who has been given which version.
Your company's branding
Your logo and colours across the pages your people and customers use, and your company's details on the reports you send.

How starting works
- Create your company account. Give your company's name, address and your contact details.
- Confirm your email address. We send a link; your account is created when you open it and choose your password.
- Set up. Add your company details and logo, then your first customers and sites.
- Invite your people. Employees, contractors' operatives and your customers' contacts are each invited by email and join your company.
Every new account is reviewed by the platform owner, who agrees a trial or subscription with you. You can use your account while it is reviewed. No payment is taken on this website.
Each company's records are its own
Every company's records are kept separate from every other company's, and each person sees only what their own role allows. Platform staff do not have routine access to your customers, sites or reports.
